We are a rapidly growing company specialising in the collection, analysis, and management of high-quality transport and traffic data. Founded in 2007, we have established ourselves as one of the leading providers of transport survey data across the UK market, and are now looking to expand our business into Europe.

Job Title: Regional Head

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Regional Manager to achieve our growth objectives in the BENELUX region and across the wider EU. As part of our strategic growth, we are launching our products and services in the EU with the opening of our BENELUX office in Rotterdam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the strategic vision for the region, including the sales portfolio, business development, and geographical reach.
  • Manage and grow our presence in the BENELUX region.
  • Communicate our unique selling points to potential customers to create business opportunities.
  • Achieve budgets, KPIs, and other metrics to support regional growth and operational efficiency.
  • Implement operating models to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for Profit & Loss and proven financial success.
  • Ability to streamline and implement business processes to enhance regional presence.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operations for maximum efficiency and high-level customer service.
  • Extensive knowledge of operational functions including finance, customer service, logistics, and HR management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English; fluency in French is desirable.

  • Salary up to €68,000 based on experience, plus an 8% holiday allowance paid monthly.
