- Coach and Develop the Customer Service Team: Lead and inspire the global customer service team to adhere to the organization's principles and strategies.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Improve satisfaction through the implementation of feedback analytics and create a client-centric culture.
- Liaise with Commercial Team: Provide data-driven decision-making to increase revenue through the lens of customer excellence.
