GERFLOR, a leading international company in the field of resilient flooring covers, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager Industry Netherlands to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales success in the industrial sector in the Netherlands, with a primary market focus on Life Science / Pharmaceuticals (Cleanroom) and High Tech (ESD) customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience within Life Science, ESD or Industrial Flooring industry, and a proven track record of business development and entrepreneurial mindset.

The role will involve close cooperation with the Gerflor Group Industry Segment Management and BENELUX Sales Teams, as well as developing a solid business network with end-users and designers/contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor portfolio, including flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, and accessories.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to develop long-term oriented business relations.

The role will also involve attending exhibitions and further improving the brand awareness among relevant stakeholders in the market.
