Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Underwriting Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with Dutch language skills to contribute to the underwriting process and support the growth of our business.

About the Role
  • This role involves assisting in the underwriting of new and renewal business, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the underwriting team to drive the use of underwriting platforms and assist in the implementation of business plans.
  • Responsibilities will include preparing formal documentation, maintaining accurate files and records, and contributing to management reporting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance principles, data analytics, and portfolio management.

What We Are Looking For
  • A Dutch speaking professional with a strong understanding of insurance principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Competence in Excel and a willingness to learn from experiences and new situations.
  • Able to anticipate client needs and act proactively to provide excellent customer service.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €55,000 - €65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
