About the role

You will be part of a team of motivated Casualty underwriters. The role as Sr. Underwriter Casualty will predominantly involve: Study, analyze, manage and quote general ledger major and middle market business in accordance with the AIG guidelines, authorities, strategy, processes and tools:

•      Manage, analyze and defend an existent portfolio of business

•      Build up a profitable book of new business

•      Prepare risk referrals for new and existing business

•      Handle rater tools and prepare booking instructions

•      Participate in client/broker meetings

•      Monitor portfolio of the book in relationship with claims

•      Handle the commercial relationship with clients and brokers

•      Give presentations, trainings and take care of internal and external networking

•      Invest in different underwriting excellence initiatives
