Job Title: Partner Experience Manager

As a Partner Experience Manager at Workiva UK Limited, you will be responsible for driving the success of our partner ecosystem. You will work closely with our sales teams to support the pipeline of partner sales and collaborate with our alliance leaders and partners to create 'Partner Centres of Excellence'.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive partner capability, scale, and quality.
  • Work with partners to resolve implementation issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead a matrixed team to drive quality, success, and scale within your partner portfolio.
  • Communicate and present success to agreed goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to transition customer/partner opportunities into your practice.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with partners within a SaaS company.
  • Experience of financial and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience of working within a Global Systems Integrator or managing them.
  • Undergraduate degree and/or minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in enabling partners, driving enablement plans, and discussions to create centres of excellence.
  • Partner account management, working with partners at all levels to achieve vision, support, and agreement on capability needs and creation.
  • Escalation resolution, working with partner delivery teams to resolve implementation issues, identifying the route causes and delivering those into a continuous improvement process for the partner.
  • Leading a matrixed team in your 'partner pod', to drive quality, success, and scale within your partner portfolio.
  • Exec level communication, presentation, and reporting of success to agreed goals and objectives.
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • 20% travel for customer and internal meetings.
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
