Are you seeking a position in a vibrant and fast-paced setting? Your administrative skills will be effectively utilized at one of the leading companies in the logistics sector.
Your Role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient management of our HR administrative processes. As a vital member of our HR Support team, you will oversee all personnel administration tasks (excluding payroll) along with activities related to employee onboarding, development, and offboarding.
In this capacity, you will handle a variety of essential administrative responsibilities that support our HR functions. Each month, you will review employee absences, generate reports for managers to highlight discrepancies from the previous month (such as unapproved overtime or missing work hours), and process hours and corrections for temporary staff as needed. Additionally, you will prepare regular reports, such as notifications to employees regarding expired leave balances. Your contributions will include:
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure new employees receive the appropriate uniforms and safety gear; Maintaining up-to-date records concerning employee milestones such as anniversaries or eligibility for retirement; Monitoring certifications to keep an accurate overview of employee qualifications; Implementing salary adjustments based on tenure and communicating these changes to your HR Support colleagues.Your team at DSV is characterized by a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Your Qualifications
MBO level of education, preferably in an administrative or HR-related field; Some experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within HR; Fluency in Dutch and English.These qualifications are essential for the HR Administrative Coordinator position.
