The Role

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing & Categories Officer and Category Presidents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage schedules, maintain agendas, schedule appointments, and organize videoconferences/meetings.
  • Analyze incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and distribute relevant information.
  • Handle mail, email, and correspondence on behalf of the Executive.
  • Welcome visitors at all levels of seniority/relations.
  • Organize business trips, develop itineraries, book transportation, arrange accommodations, and provide general assistance during trips.
  • Prepare expense reports, memos, and letters, as well as conduct research and present findings.
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Support Executives in daily activities and procedural tasks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in Amsterdam or The Netherlands.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • High internal and external customer orientation, with the ability to deal with high-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently, organize activities, and be proactive.
  • Proactiveness, flexibility, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of administrative tools and systems (SAP) and excellent knowledge of Office 365.
  • Ability to use and manage corporate sharing and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Sharepoint).
  • Digital dexterity.
  • Accurate and self-organized.
  • English and Dutch fluency.

Additional Information

  • This is a permanent local contract position.
  • The salary range for this position is between €55,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • EU right to work is required.
