We are pleased to present an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) opportunity focused on the innovative domain of chemical recycling for plastics. This EngD position is part of a significant initiative in collaboration with multiple industrial partners, a leading research organization, and a prestigious academic institution. The main objective of this project is to develop a prototype facility dedicated to the chemical recycling of aromatic polyamide (aramid) fibers.
As an EngD candidate, you will play a crucial role within the design team for the pilot facility, with a particular emphasis on the processes of separation and purification.
Candidate Profile
- A Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is required
- Practical experience with experimental laboratory setups is essential
- Proficiency in English is necessary
