Job Title: Technical Department Manager X-Ray Detectors

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Department Manager to lead our X-Ray Detectors team. As a key member of our Imaging Chain Cluster, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of high-quality X-Ray Detectors.

Your Role:
  • Lead a team of approximately 15 engineers in the Netherlands and India, defining the group composition, required proficiencies, resources, and skills.
  • Ensure the successful introduction and sustaining of high-quality, serviceable, and reliable detectors in our systems.
  • Define and implement process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers and customers, as well as internal partners like Innovation, Operations, Customer Services, Procurement, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and create alignment on X-ray detector technology.
You're the Right Fit If:
  • You have a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of technical development and demonstrated ability in People & Project management, with strong communication skills.
  • You have experience with Healthcare Regulatory aspects, effective communication skills, and a continuous improvement attitude.
  • You have a strong understanding of healthcare products and hardware development/maintenance.
  • X-ray detector technology experience is a plus.
  • You have proven ability in cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management to realize the optimal integral result.
