Job Description

In this role, you will support the commercial and creation teams by translating opportunities into manageable projects and driving excellence in project execution. This includes project planning, coordination, communication, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Understand brief objectives and translate into manageable projects.
  • Ensure all resources needed for the project are available.
  • Control and monitor project progress according to the plan and brief parameters.
  • Facilitate project planning and network.
  • Deliver projects successfully from a logistics perspective.
  • Follow projects through until closure and record results in the project management system.
  • Facilitate customer visits, meetings, and distribute minutes.

Account Strategy

  • Develop an understanding of the Global account strategy and IFF team priorities.
  • Build and maintain an understanding of the Account portfolio, activities, strategy, brand, market, and decision-making process.

Business Process Management & Systems

  • Ensure full understanding of sampling and shipping processes.
  • Agile usage and navigation of IFF tools and systems to ensure information is up-to-date and according to business standards.
  • Contribute to and lead the identification, development, and roll-out of best practices.

Reporting

  • Develop and maintain project management summary reports for the Hilversum Global Account team.
  • Facilitate and operate as back-up for the Account team on Sales Forecasting Tool (SFT).

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Sciences, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the industry with demonstrated success.
  • Fluent in Business English.
  • Proficient in computing (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
