Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Trader to join our expanding sales trading team based in Amsterdam. As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying trade opportunities, and executing trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build client portfolio through direct prospecting and networking;
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business needs;
  • Identify trade opportunities and support in executing them;
  • Provide daily pricing and insights to market actors;
  • Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments;
  • Stay informed about products being traded and current on new products and procedures;
  • Be responsible for achieving revenue targets;
  • Promote OTC Flow's services to increase market share.
Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field;
  • Experience in a sales/business development role (at least internships);
  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish or Danish; excellent English is also required;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your career;
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, proactive, resilient, and ambitious.
