We are looking for a skilled Transformation Leader to join our Production Organisation in Rotterdam. As an Operation Master Trainer, you will be responsible for effectively transferring knowledge to shift teams and operators, ensuring they develop the right skills for future operations.

Your key responsibilities include defining, creating, developing, and improving instructions, guidelines, procedures, or training modules for different learning paths or methods. You will lead simulator development work, coach, train, assess, and record the results of shift staff using simulators.

In this role, you will work closely with Shift Operators, Simulator Developers, and Learning and Development Specialists. Together, you will make a real impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow.

Your Role in Our Team

  • Overall responsibility for skill development paths of panel and field certification programs and processes, ensuring quality assurance between shifts and relevancy of tasks in learning paths.
  • Overall responsibility for occupational simulator development scope, maintenance, and budget (currently 1 simulator, expanding to 3 in the future).
  • Ability to operate both panels from the same technology (PTU or NEXBTL).
  • Responsible for training and assessing panel and field trainers in shifts.
  • Create and develop instructions, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Coach, train, instruct, and assess, recording trainees' performance.
  • Organise, coordinate, and develop the use of simulators in cooperation with line operating personnel.
  • Define, create, and continuously develop operator training simulator scenarios, templates, and minimum requirements for all training scenarios.
  • Accountable for training content updating, process development, and maintenance (scenarios, e-learnings, etc.).
  • Responsible for developing trainer competencies of field trainers (trainer in the train-the-trainer program).

Requirements and Qualifications

  • VAPRO-C experience or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience in operations, including panel experience.
  • Pedagogical training or experience is considered an advantage.
  • Passion for learning and training others.
