About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Digital Growth Leader to join our Global Digital team in the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online market share growth in the defined region by developing and executing strategic initiatives that meet business objectives.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will actively support countries in the region in their online market share growth journeys by designing operational programs, setting KPI frameworks, and guiding the implementation of these programs. You will also be responsible for the execution of digital transformation on a regional level and carrying out related projects by improving digital business revenue structures and shaping digital revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Align different countries around digital growth and facilitate cross-country collaboration
  • Collaborate with country e-commerce leaders to develop e-commerce strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for implementation across local country teams
  • Serve as a central point of contact for GFK digital market share steering and coordinate e-commerce initiatives across different countries
  • Act as a key stakeholder in delivering action plans and helping to navigate any local or group roadblocks to escalate
  • Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to share insights, best practices, and lessons learned
  • Develop sales driver planning to secure group digital share target realization globally and per country
