Job Purpose

The Director of Business Development, Personal Care, will lead the development and implementation of strategic growth plans for the Personal Care market, providing market feedback to the company leadership team and supporting the European sales team to work with a market/customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track new markets and emerging trends, recommending new products and services.
  • Identify sales opportunities resulting from market changes.
  • Develop and propose strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with potential customers, suppliers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a key contact for large corporate accounts.
  • Evaluate new opportunities to ensure resource focus on the best opportunities.
  • Implement new business initiatives around the sales team.
  • Develop and increase the Caldic brand awareness in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.
About You

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and natural leader, with a strong sense of ownership and target focus, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of the market segment, experience in working with senior management, and a proven track record of managing sales teams.
