Role Overview:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking skilled Service Delivery Managers in Spain and the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in nurturing robust client relationships and enhancing our service offerings to boost customer satisfaction.
The Service Delivery Manager serves as a crucial link between our operations and clients, acting as the primary contact for customers, business units, and other stakeholders. Your mission will be to ensure that IT services align with service level agreements, business goals, resource allocation (time and budget), and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer communication.
- Strong focus on customer service with proven interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Capability to function as a consultant, advisor, customer advocate, and project leader.
- Ability to evaluate customer feedback for necessary enhancements.
- Fluency in Spanish and Dutch, along with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Effective communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a team-oriented mindset.
- A good listener, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
