We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team at YorTeam B.V. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving regulatory transaction reporting excellence in a complex financial environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial regulations, including MiFID, EMIR, and SFTR, and be able to analyze and document business and regulatory requirements for transaction reporting.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to enhance reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including MiFID, EMIR, and SFTR.
- Perform data analysis and validation to improve reporting accuracy.
- Support stakeholders in interpreting and implementing new regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.
- 5+ years of experience in financial markets and transaction reporting.
- Expertise with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, and MAS transaction reporting requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (onsite & remote).
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive compensation package, including a gross salary of €5,500 - €6,800 per month, based on 40 hours per week.
- 1+ year contract with the possibility of extension.
- Flexible workweek between 36-40 hours.
- Opportunity to work in an international, highly skilled team within a complex and regulated financial environment.
