About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Agent to join our team at Veepee. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Benelux customers, ensuring that they receive a fast and personal response to their queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing solutions-oriented and personalized support.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to distribute work and provide regular feedback to team leaders.
  • Participate in regular calls with customers to ensure their experience is improved.
  • Work independently, be flexible, and think creatively to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Strong personality with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing, and good knowledge of English.
  • Fluent typing skills and proficiency in computer software.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and think creatively to resolve issues.
  • Ability to handle change and make a positive impact.
  • Full-time availability.
