We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Training & Adoption Specialist to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying our Digital Communication Enhancement solution and investigating, developing, and supporting the roll-out of our Digital Enablement solution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a Digital Communication Strategy & Plan to ensure effective communication with end users, leveraging your expertise in CRM platform development and digital adoption.
- Design and Deploy In-App Communication Functionality to facilitate seamless communication with end users, utilizing your skills in digital enablement and platform development.
- Investigate Digital Adoption Platform Solutions to identify opportunities for end user onboarding and increase adoption, applying your knowledge of CRM platforms and digital training.
- Develop and Roll Out In-App Training Programs to facilitate end user onboarding and increase adoption, utilizing your expertise in digital enablement and platform development.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams within DevOps, including developers, solution architects, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- A monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time)
- Travel compensation if you don't have a free public transport card
- Paid holidays for each internship term
- Two weeks of remote working anywhere in Europe (EEA)

- Academic Program: You are enrolled in a MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Learning & Development, HR, Change Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
- Personal Traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 4 months to this internship, preferably from the 2nd of September to December.
- Availability: You can join the internship for 4 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.
- Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
- You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
