We're seeking a talented Digital Training & Adoption Intern to join our dynamic team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.

About the Role

As a Digital Training & Adoption Intern, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying our Digital Communication Enhancement solution and investigating, developing, and supporting the roll-out of our Digital Enablement solution. Your key activities will include:

  • Developing a Digital Communication Strategy & Plan to ensure effective communication with end users
  • Designing and deploying in-app communication functionality to ensure effective communication with end users
  • Investigating digital adoption platform solutions to facilitate end user onboarding and increase adoption
  • Developing and rolling out in-app training programs to facilitate end user onboarding and increase adoption
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams within DevOps (including developers, solution architects, stakeholders, etc.)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A strong academic background in a related field (e.g., Learning & Development, HR, Change Management, Communications)
  • Excellent MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
  • A structured approach, driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
  • A commitment to dedicating at least 4 months to this internship, preferably from September to December
  • Availability to work 4 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely

Eligibility Criteria

Please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and academic requirements:

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships
  • You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship
