Job Opportunity

We're seeking a talented individual to join our international headquarters in Utrecht as a Digital Training & Adoption Intern. This internship will provide you with insider knowledge about our CRM platform and the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy our Digital Communication Enhancement solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a Digital Communication Strategy & Plan to ensure effective communication with end users.
  • Design and deploy in-app communication functionality to facilitate end user onboarding and increase adoption.
  • Investigate digital adoption platform solutions to enhance end user experience.
  • Develop and roll out in-app training programs to facilitate end user onboarding and increase adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within DevOps, including developers, solution architects, and stakeholders.

  • Paid holidays for each internship term.
  • Two weeks of remote working anywhere in Europe (EEA).

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a MSc program in Learning & Development, HR, Change Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
  • Structured approach, driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to dedicate at least 4 months to this internship.
  • Availability to work 4 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Internship included in study curriculum and directly contributes to academic results.
  • Collaboration agreement signed with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and educational institution.
  • EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
