Enterprise Growth Leader

Xebia Academy is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow its international markets for enterprise learning services. This role involves expanding existing accounts and acquiring new logos for various IT training & certifications and workforce development solutions from enterprise, corporate, and local governmental bodies. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up local business teams, clients, training facilities, and support functions to drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote academy enterprise learning services solutions to enterprises across the region.
- Develop and execute a GTM plan, set targets, and drive sales of IT training and certification portfolios and learning products in digital technologies.
- Own revenue targets and P&L for the region and drive profitability from new and existing customers.
- Manage and execute sales cycles for key prospects, working with the offshore delivery team in India.
- Build and maintain relationships with key prospects in government, enterprise, institutions, and other industry sectors.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of EdTech, education, IT training, and certification in USA, Canada, UK, and European markets.
- Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience, preferably in education, IT training, and certification, assessments, or professional skill development.
- Excellent marketing portfolio, relationship, and communication management skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and commercial and customer focus.
