Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at THORA B.V. in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing key growth sales tactics and action plans, achieving various ROI and KPIs, and ensuring global alignment and brand compliance for all sales-related activities, projects, and campaigns.
Requirements- Must be based in Amsterdam or the Randstad region
- Must be fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
- Must have a valid Dutch working permit
- Proven work experience in sales and business development of luxury consumer electronics and accessories
- Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies of luxury consumer electronics and accessories in global markets
- Fluency in German, French, and Dutch would be highly desirable
- Must be able to travel to tradeshows in the US, EU, and Asia
- Strong communication, sales, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in sales, budgeting and forecasting, working with distributors, as well as conflict management and business negotiation processes
A full-time position at our office located at Singel 250, Amsterdam, based on a 40-hour workweek.
