Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to join our team as Manager Commerce. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our commercial strategy, driving customer lifetime value, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and manage a high-performing Commerce team to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention.
- Stay on top of market developments and competition to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable commercial plans.
- Craft and execute a commercial strategy that sets Vandebron apart in the highly competitive green energy landscape.
- Set the commerce agenda for Vandebron and lead across teams and domains with a commercial mindset.
- Steer rigorously on commercial performance and challenge, ensuring top-notch market and performance insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- Mission-driven with a passion for contributing to our sustainability mission.
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in commerce, preferably in energy, tech, telco, or entertainment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in commercial management roles.
