Drive Business Growth with Minitab
Minitab, a global leader in data analysis and process improvement solutions, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive business growth in the Benelux region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth in the Benelux region.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing content, campaigns, and resources to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and essential communication tools, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Semrush.
- Experience with CRM systems, including Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and coordination with teams.
- Motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a diverse audience.
