Cost Engineer

Bij HIP BV ben je als Cost Engineer verantwoordelijk voor het maken van kostprijscalculaties en technische voorbereiding van offertes. Je ondersteunt de Accountmanager in prijsonderbouwing en onderhandeling. Je controleert de technische haalbaarheid en bepaalt de optimale bewerkingsmethodiek. Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager Cost Engineering.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kostprijscalculatie als target voor operations, inkoop en sales;
- Je analyseert de klantvraag op basis van stuklijsten, tekeningen en overige specificaties;
- Je beoordeelt de klantspecificaties op volledigheid en haalbaarheid;
- Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de make/buy beslissing;
- Je communiceert met de interne operatie, inkoop, leveranciers en de account teams;
- Je bepaalt de optimale assemblage- en bewerkingsstrategie en stemt die af met de operatie;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische onderbouwing van een kostprijscalculatie en bijbehorende rapportages;
- Je identificeert de beperkingen, risico's, aannames en kansen in een business case;
- Je zorgt dat de juiste calculatiegegevens in het ERP systeem komen te staan;
- Je levert de technische ondersteuning bij onderhandelingen;
- Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden naar kostenreductie.
- Je beschikt over minimaal HBO-opleidingsniveau, aangevuld met relevante en/of vakgerichte trainingen/cursussen;
- Ervaring binnen een mechatronische en/of verspanende werkomgeving is een vereiste;
- Je bent communicatief sterk, je hebt een klantgerichte houding, je bent overtuigend en je beschikt over een goed anticiperend vermogen;
- Werkervaring binnen een vergelijkbare technische functie is een pre;
- Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Je bent proactief.
