Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Vertiv. As a key member of our Hyperscale client management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our largest clients in the BENELUX region, including Edgeconnex, Microsoft NTT, and Equinix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and service delivery for Hyperscale clients, ensuring timely and effective execution of Preventative Maintenance planning and remedial actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Planning, Technical Coordinators, and Field Engineers, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with clients.
  • Prepare and submit quotations for remedial works, and assist with Project Management as needed.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in the Mechanical industry, with a strong background in service provisioning, customer management, and safety procedures.
  • HNC/HND in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a client/team coordination role, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with various departments and personnel in potentially stressful situations.
