Prologis is the global leader in logistics real estate, with a presence in 19 countries and a portfolio of approximately 72 million square meters. We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Solution Marketing Manager to drive the positioning of our commercial offers across our Real Estate and Essentials platform as we drive towards our net zero goal.

About the Role

This is a key role within our European marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic and annual marketing plans that address all aspects of the marketing mix. You will be tasked with striking the balance between global consideration with local resonance while commercializing Prologis real estate, energy, sustainability, mobility, and operations solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop go-to-market strategy, including business goals, target personas, product naming, differentiated positioning, messaging, and sales narrative to drive customer acquisition and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with real estate, Customer Led Solutions, and Prologis Essentials leadership, and European sales teams to develop marketing programs, sales enablement tools, and identify opportunities to expand the business.
  • Partner with global counterparts and regional marketing leads to ensure strategies are globally aligned and locally embraced.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new product, features, and monetization strategies, partnering with product, business operations, global sales, marketing, and PR.
  • Manage the content marketing strategy, oversee topic and format selection, manage the briefing process, and work with commercial subject matter experts to produce quality assets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product/solution marketing, brand management, or equivalent roles, preferably with B2B marketing experience.
  • Commercial marketing experience, particularly in marketing services or products within the sustainability, mobility, or energy industries, is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of increasing market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to form close partnerships across the organization to communicate effectively, gain alignment, and drive execution across sales and sales support functions.
  • Experience working across multiple sales channels, preferably with global or multi-national familiarity.
  • A growth mindset and a sense of curiosity.
  • Collaborative nature – desire to help others succeed.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship manager with demonstrated ability to facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient English language skills for effective communication.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Monday.com, and other common marketing tech stack solutions.
