The sales department at Undutchables is responsible for the global sales of our products. Our team consists of six Area Sales Managers and a General Sales Manager, supported by an inside sales team based in Celles-sur-Durolle, France. This position is part of this team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves managing several markets, including France, and providing support to the Area Sales Managers. You will maintain daily communication with customers via phone or email, addressing all their inquiries accurately. Additionally, you will create quotations, process orders, and collaborate with customers to meet their needs. As a key point of contact within our department, you will keep Area Sales Managers informed about customer developments.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed University of Applied Sciences (HBO)-level education in a commercial field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar commercial role.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in French at a C2 or C1 level, and English, Dutch B1 or B2 level.
- Comfortable with software and quick to adapt; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and results-driven.
