Retail Marketing Strategist

As a key member of our EMEA Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life in stores across the region. Your focus will be on executing global new product introduction (NPI) plans, ensuring timely and impactful execution in stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with market-level retail specialists to support the successful launch of new products in stores.
- Work with Category Marketing Leads and the Design team to ensure (retail) campaigns and in-store activations are executed with impact and consistency.
- Support the creation and localization of marketing assets for regional retail campaigns, ensuring all assets align with brand standards and store layouts.
- Act as the bridge between the global retail team and market-level retail specialists, ensuring smooth communication and execution of retail marketing strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in retail marketing or brand activation.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver impactful in-store experiences.
- Passion for retail and creating compelling brand experiences in stores.
- Experience with Adobe suit software or similar graphic software.
- Fluency in English; additional European language(s) is a plus.
