Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer claims and take appropriate action to prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize risk and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our fraud prevention capabilities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- High level of integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft environment and able to multitask effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.
