Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer charges and take appropriate action to prevent fraud.
- Refer high-risk cases to the escalation team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize fraud risk and enable customer spend.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to our 1 Fraud voice principles.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft navigation and multitasking skills.
- Contribute to process improvements and customer care.
