Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Cyient. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and pursuing corrective and preventive actions for Landing gear products and system quality problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
  • Drive supplier quality management activities to ensure compliance with client control procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with the Receiving/Inspection team and Supplier Quality team to resolve supplier non-conformance issues.
  • Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) to ensure timely processing of nonconforming materials.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to summarize supplier data and make recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (8-12 years of manufacturing experience will be considered).
  • Excellent reporting and writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
