About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Consumer & Culinary Experience R&D team in Nijmegen. As a Consumer Experience Innovation Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening our Sensory and Consumer Experience methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and lead the implementation of AI tools to enhance our innovation process, ensuring seamless integration with our Consumer & Culinary Experience teams.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for AI tool adoption, guaranteeing standardization across International Business Units.
  • Contribute to the development of consumer-led products, ensuring a stronger market presence.

Requirements

  • Master's student in Sensory or Consumer Science or related field with coursework in UX, CX, or Innovation.
  • Strong AI knowledge and proficiency in statistics/data analysis.
  • Experience in market design research and CTI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Dutch not required, but other languages are a plus).
  • Enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load during the internship.
  • EU working rights are required.
