Salary
The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus 8% holiday allowance and 4% personal budget. Additionally, you will receive a 36-hour working week with a day off once every two weeks and the opportunity to work from home half your week.
Job Description
As a Digital Transformation Architect, you will play a vital role in guiding the organization's technology strategy and implementing architectural vision. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies to support business growth and innovation
- Leading the development of architectural designs and blueprints for large-scale IT projects
- Ensuring the effective migration of applications and services to new technologies
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a business-focused architect at an enterprise level
- Demonstrated expertise in design, architecture, and agile product development
- Experience working with and managing stakeholders from all levels
- A healthy dose of ambition and the ability to grow with the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- TOGAF certification or willingness to obtain it
