About the Role

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for leading all marketing activities for the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. This includes developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, managing and implementing marketing programs, and ensuring effective integration with sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand awareness
  • Manage and implement marketing programs, including project management and pull-through of global and European marketing initiatives
  • Lead, support, and coach the marketing team
  • Collaborate with department heads and sales team to ensure effective integration of marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing communications position
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of the Amsterdam market is preferred
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
