About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative Parts to contribute to the Genie Parts Customer Service team.

As a Customer Service Representative Parts at Genie, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our busy, multilingual, and international Parts Customer Service Department within the mechanical equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, CRM, and other channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on parts availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Process parts orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints proactively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Materials, Logistics, and Technical Support to address customer needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience.
  • Participate in ongoing personal development and training.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within the automotive, machinery, or logistics industry.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). An additional language as German, French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn new products and processes and willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ERP systems, such as Oracle.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
