The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for understanding internal and external customer needs, providing insights, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with our standards. You will be the primary contact for our customers, managing the entire Order to Cash process and handling customer inquiries and feedback. You will partner with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Product Management, Planning, and Logistics, to deliver results consistent with the business strategy. Due to the diverse and complex product portfolio, your priorities will change daily.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Order to Cash process for a dedicated customer and product portfolio.
- Handle and coordinate customer requests in line with the company policies and procedures.
- Frequent interaction with internal business partners, such as Account Management, Planning, and Logistics, as well as with our Operation Center.
- Daily interaction with external customers.
- Involvement and participation in internal projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Internal Sales experience in an international environment.
- Experience with SAP/ERP system and/or Sales Force.
- Fluent in English is required, both verbal and written. Spanish/German language is required.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
