Job Summary

The Front Desk Operations Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels' front desks. This includes coordinating projects and initiatives, boosting guest satisfaction, and documenting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front desk operations by setting up hotels with efficient and effective front desk processes.
  • Establish and conduct relevant front of house trainings and support hotel teams.
  • Draft and review FOH processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Review guest feedback and initiate initiatives to boost guest satisfaction.
  • Support the launch and implementation of operational projects.
  • Document best practices and ensure they are known to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support and analyze relevant data.
  • Perform operational front desk audits.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience in hospitality and front office operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality.

Locations/Hours

  • This position will be based in the Voorschoten Support Office with regular travel to individual hotels in Europe and the US.
