Role Overview:

Xindao is seeking a detail-oriented Business Applications Analyst to enhance our ICT Department. In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for maintaining the efficiency of our systems. Reporting directly to the Manager of ICT - Business Applications, your contributions will be vital in ensuring our technological infrastructure operates seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the effective operation of commercial software applications within Xindao.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues within our applications.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and document new requirements.
  • Create actionable solutions that align with the application's architecture.
  • Clearly document modifications for external technical teams.
  • Suggest enhancements for system functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly test modifications.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams effectively.

Main Tasks:

  • Analyze requirements and document necessary changes.
  • Develop and update user-friendly documentation.
  • Test system modifications prior to deployment.
  • Implement new processes, systems, and methodologies.
  • Provide training sessions for our valued end-users.
  • Act as the primary contact for Salesforce and MyTrialhead.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in navigating commercial applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Practical approach to resolving issues.
  • Effective communication skills within a team environment.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce is beneficial.
