Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our Wholesale Operations Support team at Michael Kors.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents, and Accountancy to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Evaluate customer claims and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Process credit notes and financial documents independently.
- Manage return authorizations, communicate return requirements to customers, and coordinate return shipments with Logistics.
- Enter, manage, and release orders, reorders, and swaps in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative.
- Update Customer Master data and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customer contacts.
- Act promptly to notify and resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with company systems and IT tools.
- Support the Wholesale Operations Support Team with accurate and timely data to maintain control of customer relationships.
- College degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT systems.
- Excellent communication and language skills in English (verbal and written). German, Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic principles of Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance in Fashion/Luxury organizations is a plus.
