Job Description
- As a Senior Property Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing all accounting operations for our portfolio of property assets.
- You will prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable will be an integral part of your role, requiring precision and attention to detail.
- You will ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and controls, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
- Assisting in budget preparation and control activities will provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Regular audits will be conducted to verify financial accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with property management and leasing teams will ensure accurate billing and seamless communication.
- You will prepare and submit tax returns for each property, meeting regulatory requirements with ease.
- Bank accounts and transactions will be closely monitored and reconciled to prevent discrepancies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in property accounting or real estate finance, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office, with a ability to learn new systems quickly.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of accounting laws and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
