Job Title:

Commercial and Sales Excellence / Enablement Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the Commercial and Sales Excellence / Enablement program for our BU IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy) Services & Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving customer acquisition efforts, enhancing sales channel collaboration, and facilitating training, enablement, and support of sales teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Commercial and Sales Excellence / Enablement strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales excellence maturities and create lead- and funnel management through marketing and sales programs.
  • Create and roll out Commercial excellence playbooks for different sources of business.
  • Design and implement retention and growth programs from a sales enablement perspective.
  • Partner with Market Services Leader and BU BM&S to align and enable ongoing performance management against plan.
  • Support local go-to-market strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with IGT Services and Solutions Product Marketing team to align on portfolio for markets and execute roadmap deployment.
  • Collect and analyze market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends, and margin performance.

About the Role:

  • You will have a Master's degree in Business Economics and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in CRM marketing or downstream commercial management roles.
  • Experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably with Sales Excellence deployment.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-starting mentality, and structured approach to results-driven work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written, and willingness to travel up to 10%.
