As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role within our Recruitment team, collaborating closely with Recruiters and the Recruitment Lead to focus on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing initiatives that position Heerema Marine Contractors as an Employer of Choice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Renewing and strengthening our Employer Brand: Initiating and leading the renewal of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and enhancing our employer branding through targeted recruitment marketing strategies.
- Developing and managing recruitment marketing activities: Creating and optimizing content for internal and external channels, including job vacancy texts, marketing campaigns, and the Careers Webpage. Coordinating the Social Media Calendar and developing content strategies to maximize engagement.
- Utilizing data and technology to optimize recruitment: Leveraging labor market data and recruitment marketing tools to analyze market trends and refine recruitment strategies. Applying data-driven insights to enhance candidate engagement and improve the overall recruitment process.
What you will need to succeed:
- A bachelor's or master's degree with several years of relevant experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment, or Marketing, including proficiency with tools and CMS systems.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach to developing and executing effective employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in using social media and digital channels to attract and retain talent.
- Strong execution skills, capable of turning strategy into action, and a proactive, self-starter who takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
