Job Title: Customer Service Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Support Coordinator to join our team at Topcon Europe Medical B.V. in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning the activities of the service administration team, ensuring the smooth operation of our service processes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan the activities of the service administration team
  • Resolve and prevent obstacles in the execution of work tasks
  • Support the use of our service software for our sales departments (key user)
  • Assist the senior service manager
  • Contribute to peak periods and absences of team members
Requirements:
  • HBO/MBO + work and thinking level with several years of work experience
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in managing people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Good administrative/planning capabilities
  • Knowledge of SAP BYD or Service Max is an advantage
