We are seeking a skilled Training Lead/Coordinator to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Magellan program, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and execution of a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and deployment teams to develop an effective training approach.
- Plan and coordinate training activities during different phases, including super user training, train-the-trainer, end-user training, etc.
- Define training scope and criteria for conducting and evaluating training.
- Coordinate translation of training materials as needed.
- Identify business trainers and manage on-site logistics for instructor-led training.
- Participate in lesson learned discussions and exit gate reviews.
- Oversee workstreams involved in training, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Change Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating training in a complex business environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
