Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Investor Relations to join its global IR team, focusing on the European and Asian markets. This role requires a creative and resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills to assist in planning and executing investor relations activities.
About the Role
- Collaborate with senior management to communicate the company's mission, strategic objectives, and progress to the investment community.
- Ensure compliance with disclosure rules and regulations.
- Develop and implement investor relations plans and strategies in collaboration with the IT team.
- Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to support specific IR activities and communications.
- Support the planning of an active investor relations calendar of conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other investor and analyst events.
- Work closely with corporate communications and cross-functional business partners to maintain consistent external messaging.
- Manage quarterly earnings public disclosures and logistics.
- Collect, analyze, and present feedback to the company on investors' perceptions and opinions.
- Collaborate with Business Development on license partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and research analysis.
- Support the preparation of SEC filings with the legal and accounting staff.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with investors and sell-side research analysts.
- Produce investor materials in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Advise the leadership team on competitor actions that might impact the company.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Previous experience in equity research and investment banking within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Healthcare sector; pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience is preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting or financial modeling.
- A professional, outgoing personality with high energy and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
