Our goal is to work with our partners to find individual and tailor-made solutions that optimally combine function and design.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Architectural Solutions (m/w/d)

  • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing relationships with existing customers, which consist of ceiling installation companies, dealers, architects, and interior designers and installers. This involves working closely with these customers to understand their needs and preferences and providing them with customized solutions.
  • Involved in projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including architects, traders, and processors.
  • Identifying opportunities and possibilities in the market by analyzing industry trends, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Drawing up quotations and processing orders while providing technical advice to customers and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Providing technical support to customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during project implementation.
  • You will work closely with product managers, technicians, and sales representatives to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and services.
  • Holds a HBO-level education obtained through formal education or relevant work experience and has acquired technical, construction insight.
  • Has extensive experience within a B-2-B environment in the construction sector, preferably dry construction.
  • Commercially oriented, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch language in speech and writing, and has a good command of English; German is an advantage.
  • Has excellent conversational skills, is independent, and able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Able to use MS Office proficiently and has experience using CRM systems.
  • Will be required to travel internationally for meetings and collaborations with clients and partners.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
