Job Description

AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking a seasoned International Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of a prominent animal nutrition company in Latin America (LATAM). This role demands a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the LATAM market and a proven track record in managing distributor relationships and optimizing product positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive regional growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors across LATAM, ensuring effective product positioning and distribution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide product training and support to distributors, ensuring seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, implementing corrective actions to achieve regional targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably with a background in animal nutrition or agri-business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition or agri-business sectors, with a strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset, driving business growth and development in a dynamic international environment.
