Job Title: International Sales Manager

AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to expand the company's presence in Southeast Asia and China. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing distributor relationships, positioning high-quality animal nutrition products more effectively, and ensuring the overall growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize distributor relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Position high-quality animal nutrition products more effectively in the market.
  • Ensure overall growth in the assigned region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (animal science/nutrition).
  • Proven experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition or agri-business sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
  • Strong understanding of distribution management and international sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
